Pirate Fiesta Assembly

The Pirate Fiesta is held together by gravity, all pieces slot together.  There are only 4 bolts in the construction.  No piece on the ship is longer than 48".  The trusses seen in the picture above slot together and the forks for the wheels slot up into steel housings.  The poles rising up from the deck of the ship simply slot down into their individual fittings.

The Pirate Fiesta has rolled in dozens of parades and events.
